DOES PARTY POURS SUPPLY THE ALCOHOL?
No, we are a "dry hire bar," meaning you, your caterer, or your venue must provide the alcohol. We assist in crafting the perfect drink menu and provide an alcohol shopping list based on your event details.
WHAT ARE YOUR SIGNATURE COCKTAILS?
We collaborate with you to create signature cocktails that reflect your tastes and event. We provide recommendations and ideas based on your preferences.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We’re based in Braselton, Georgia, and include travel within 30 miles in our package prices.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand plans can change. Our limited cancellation policy is available upon inquiry.
WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BAR?
Our bar requires flat ground, clear access for setup and breakdown, and sufficient clearance to transport the bar cart to the desired area.
WHAT DOES PARTY POURS PROVIDE?
We offer rental of our signature bar, bartending staff, and everything else you’ll need for your bar (except alcohol). This includes custom printed cocktail menus, disposable drinkware, ice, mixers, garnishes, napkins, and straws.
CAN YOU HELP ME DETERMINE HOW MUCH ALCOHOL TO BUY?
Absolutely! We provide a shopping list detailing how much of each item to purchase, ensuring you have enough alcohol without overbuying. We consider guest count, hours of service, and your selected drinks.
WHAT IS YOUR RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY?
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event date.
WHAT IF MY EVENT GETS RAINED OUT?
In case of inclement weather, we’ll work with you to find an alternate date. Refunds cannot be provided due to pre-purchased inclusions. We can work around bad weather if cover for the bar area is provided.
